When you use OfferClarity, we collect the following:

• Job offer details you provide to generate your report (role, salary, company, benefits, etc.)
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
• Usage data such as pages visited and time on site, collected via Google Analytics

How We Use Your Information

Your offer details are used solely to generate your personalized negotiation strategy report. We do not:

• Store your offer details after your report is generated
• Share your information with third parties for marketing purposes
• Sell your data to anyone, ever
• Use your offer details to identify or contact your prospective employer

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the product:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics to understand how people use the site.
• Anthropic — AI technology used to generate your report. Your offer data is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the report and is subject to Anthropic's data use policies.

By submitting your offer details, you consent to your data being processed by Anthropic's API to generate your negotiation strategy report.

Data Retention

We do not retain your job offer details after your report session ends. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required for financial compliance. Analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with their policies.

Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at hello@useofferclarity.com.

Cookies

We use cookies for Google Analytics (anonymous usage tracking) and Stripe (payment processing). We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of OfferClarity after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
